Question 2000 Blazer heater core

Anyone have any experience replacing the heater core in a 2000 Blazer? Any tips/tricks or special tools needed? How long did it take? It's not mine, it's a friend's (only) car.

Re: 2000 Blazer heater core

I just installed it yesterday, it took me about 7 hours. Here's some more info I found for anyone else who will be replacing theirs.
