1996 Blazer questions.
Well I got a 1996 LS 4 Door Blazer and the interior is getting a bit worn and have some questions. My 4x4 engage button and vents seam to pop out every time I hit a bump, right now I have some two sided tape holding it in. And the Power mirrors switch is busted and only side to side works. I was wondering if there was a place where I could pick a new one up for under $30. Then the pocket on the drivers door was ripped off and was just wondering if there was any way other than glue to put it back on. Now on the exterior, besides the front end damage from a stupid deer. I have a sticky strip from where I removed the side molding on the bumper and is there any other way than a knife to remove this stuff? And finally my rear bumper plastic piece? is starting to bubble. Any ideas? Thanks!

Re: 1996 Blazer questions.
I also had a question about my gas gauge, its a quarter tank off. Not really a big problem just annoying. Any ideas on how to fix that?

Re: 1996 Blazer questions.
The sticky stuff will come off with paint thinner or mineral spirits. I've also heard that WD 40 will work too, but I haven't tried that. Don't use lacquer thinner as that will damage the paint.
