tach question

is there anyway to install a tach in a 91 s-10 5-speed with a stock dash cluster i just bought mine and would like to install one so i can watch my rmps and get my shifting down better that way im not staling out on the hill that heads to my work when some yaahoo wont let me turn to get there

Afetrmarket tach?
The stock tach lead wire is below the dash in the main harness going through the firewall on the pass side,its an offwhite color.
Thats your tach feed wire.
