Re: Post Ur 1st Gen Pics Here

heres some updates as of today. 2.25" y-pipe back exhaust single in/dual out magnaflow split out the back. amazingly it sounds pretty good for a 2.8. not all loud and has a good sound to it. ill get a clip of it into the exhaust thread soon when it stops raining. a better home made shifter. starting to do the body work soon to repaint it carrabean blue.

It is a PPG color called Graystone (DBC906254) and is a stock color on chevy's fullsize pickups and SUVs

Re: Post Ur 1st Gen Pics Here

alright i got a question... and i been wondering about it for quite sometime now, the grill on darrhoov could i get that grill to fit my 89, but this is what ponders me, like my front bumper isnt flush with the grill, it has the kinda lil notch at the bottom of the body line. Heres a pic of mine to like see what im talkin about.

hmmm now lookin at a topic called durango's which is wat mine is.. all of them are like that so im guess to do so i would had to have a tahoe front end or some sort to be like that? learn something new every day.. lol correct me if im wrong always willing to learn lol

Re: Post Ur 1st Gen Pics Here

You would have to change the core support or get headlight relocates to use that grill. The headlights sit lower on the newer grills like his. Also, those grills come with that "extra" piece that is under the lights to fill it the area after you take off your grill.

I doubt it was in any magazine unless they used my personal pictures without permission. The truck has never been to a show.
