Need some x-cab interior help!

For you 1st gen X-Cab guys - I need some help.

My girlfriend managed to loose EVERY NUT, SCREW AND BOLT for the whole f'n interior of my truck. I had them all organized and labeled, and she put them in a bag and LOST THE F'N BAG!!!

I got a box of screws and shit from a guy parting out a 1st gen, but nothing is labeled and a good portion of them aren't there (like the most important ones - the freaking bolts to bolt down the jumpseats [I scrounged some for the seats and seatblets]). So I have a bag of about 10 different styles and lenghts of screws nuts and bolts.

If anyone can tell me what screws go where - it would be GREATLY appreciated.

Re: Need some x-cab interior help!

It really should not be hard to figure out. I had to do it many times when some one in the body shop would take apart a vehicle and the boss only trusted me to put it back together. I would have boxes of nuts, bolts, clips, retainers, etc.. Just when you are doing some thing like a trim panels and too long a screw could put a high spot on the outside, then its a good idea to use a small punch to gauge the depth of the hole.

I dunno about anyone else, but all the screws holding in the panel under the dash are all different sizes, some phillips, some flat... I dunno if that's how it was stock but it's insane. It takes me like 15 min just to get all back in. I dunno if this is one of the interior parts you're talking about but i can take pictures of the screws if you need

Re: Need some x-cab interior help!

Well we removed the headliner and the carpeting. So all the side molding around the jump seats were taken out, the back of the cab, the stuff on the roof, the seats - everything but the dash itself was removed. I don't even think that the guy gave me half the screws I need, because there's no bolts for me to re-install the jump seats.

We really stripped the interior down....

No junkyards around here. The only one is about 45 minutes away and they don't let you in, they pull the parts for you. Why else do you think I'd buy a box of shit off a guy on eBay?

if you're not in a hurry, i could hit up the pick n pull tomorrow and find every nut/bolt/screw you need for the whole interior... not sure how long it would take to get to you though...
