Fuel Lines, correct placement. Diagram?

Hi,
I'm new to the forum, but I've owned several S10's over the years - love them!

Anyways, I just picked up a 91 4.3 4WD that needs some attention. The first step was to tackle the fuel delivery problem (no gas was making it to the carb). I replaced the filter and before connecting the back line (feed line) to the filter tested the pump - dead). So, more than likely that was the problem the whole time I thought.

Well, bought a new pump, dropped the tank and installed it. Now I have a few questions:

1. The four bolts on the frame that hold the tank mount are what size? Mine were quite rusted so I just cut them. The best I can tell they are/were 15mm? Is that correct? I ask because I need to make sure the replacement bolts match the thread.

2. (and more importantly) can someone identify the proper fuel line matchup for the pump? My hoses were dry-rotted so I cut them to replace them. I pulled the tank completly and then realized I should have documented which line was going where before I pulled the tank. Like I indicated above, it's a 4.3 V6 4WD 1991. I don't think being a long-bed makes a difference, but maybe there was a gas tank difference due to such ??

Thanks for any help/feedback!

the largest size line is fuel, medium size is return and the small line is vapor thats the easiest way, im pretty sure my blazer sending unit is different but that should do it

^^^ That explaination should be the easiest way to identify the lines. Of course you also follow the line with the filter and you know that is the supply line. As for the thread pitch. I always have to use the gauges from my tap and die sets to see what they are
