Did they ever make a 4 speed manual s10?

My truck came with a 4 speed manual transmission in it. Wikipedia doesn't list any 4 speed manual trans. Is my aftermarket? My trucks an 84

Yeah some came oem with 4spd manuals.

All my friends are growin' up and changing pretty girls last names. I'm still finding my way rollin' down the highway playin' a much younger mans game.

I have an '86 4x4 Iron Duke with a 4 speed manual and 4.11's positrac rearend. The transmission is an Isuzu S101, and so far, it's been bomb proof. It's as tight today as it was when my dad bought it new.... In 1986

Wikipedia isn't a very reliable source of info seeing how it is anyone can manipulate the info.

If I remember right 82 only had the 4 speed option as in a manual but correct me if I'm wrong.

You are correct. I did some research and looks like that a 5 speed may have been available in 82 but it would have been an upgrade option.

My 82 has the factory 4 speed manual.
