92 S10 pickup 4x4 motor mount replacement help

I am trying to replace my motor mounts on my 92 4.3 4x4 5 speed S10 pickup but I can't get enough clearance to get the bolts off. How is this normally done?

Books say to jack the engine and just unbolt the mount- although the factory manual says to lift the cab or body but I don't know how or if it's needed (book doesn't say)

I removed the "pin" bolt on both sides but I can't raise the engine enough to get a socket to remove the center bolt on the mount and I can't remove the frame bracket since I can't reach all the nuts to keep then from turning.

What's the normal way this is done? Shops want $400 for this job.

thanks in advance for any tips!

It's normally done by unbolting the radiator support from the chassis and if necessary the front of the cab, having an engine hoist lifting up on the engine, and a set of very small hands.
