i love the hood, looks like alot of work went into grafting the center or a 3rd gen hood on and removing the entire ridge form the 1st gen one.

It is a 91 and up GMC grill with a billet insert and a billet bowtie. Bumper is just a shaved stocker.

The hood is just what it looks like . The center part of the S-10 hood was cut out to fit the louvers in and then the rest of the original body line that ran down the middle of the S-10 hood was cut out and filled with sheet metal. At car shows nobody even gave the hood a second look with it up, so I did the suicide hood thing. Me and the way the hood opens now have a love/hate relationship.

Did'nt want to whore this thread up with pics, so here is a link to some more if anyone is interested.

Its not done yet. Engine will be coming back out as soon as the new goodies get here. Actually everything is here except one key item. AFR needs to get their arse in gear and build my heads.

It was sectioned close to 6 inches I think. I can let you know exactly sun night. Just a heads up that its a bit more then just sectioning it. Started with the section and changed the ark of it at the same time to follow the grill better. Then pie cut the corners and bent them in to follow the fenders. I will try to get some more pics of it .

Ok it had some where between 10.5 and 10.75 inches removed from the center. It fits real tight against the side of the fender so you might want to start with a little less.
