shackles going on saile, sept 15th

we are going to be putting our 1.5" and 3" shackles on sale starting monday sept 15th. we are clearing the inventory and will be selling them until we run out of those sizes. they will be $50 plus the same $9.80 shipping, thats almost 17% off. we just sold out of the 2" sets, so it will just be the 1.5" and 3" sets. dont forget that we include new grade 8 hardware for this price.

the best place to get them is @ www.3leaffab.com

Re: shackles going on saile, sept 15th

this is what i tell everyone.

i recommend the correct length shock, brake line, and pinion angle. now does that does not mean that you cannot get away without longer shocks or fine tuning the pinion angle, and in fact i have not heard from anyone who has them that you need to do anything for the pinion. but just in case somebody did either a shim or longer brakes lines or something (because it seems as though with most things, every truck is different), i would say keep that in mind when you install things. check to make sure the brakes lines are long enough, or the shocks dont bottom out, or if the u-joint is at a bad angle. it should be the responsibility of the consumer to make sure everything is in proper order.

now with all that said, i have heard nothing about needing shims.
