Question Rhino on the doors

Anyone ever use rhino lining on the bottom of their doors and door jams. The whole bottom of the truck bed and all. I have some surface rust now, but prolly starting to work in. I want to get this taken care of and thought that black bed lining would work to keep it together and look pretty cool as well.

Will drag down my doors and make them start sagging or any of that?

If any one has Photoshop PM me about getting a look in the future.

I think the hardest part was taking sand paper to my truck...but after about 5 minutes of it your kinda committed...lol. But yeah if you can paint you can do it....just take your time with prepping the paint and taping stuff off and you should be fine.

Re: Rhino on the doors

me and my buddy had a beater 88 blazer we mobbed out at the dunes and mud holes. we got a bunch of rhino liner and tore out all the carpet and everything on the floorboards and completely rhino lined everything and then put the seats back in. it cured all the rust and didnt have any problems but then i hit a huge rock and totaled it haha worked well though while it ran

Re: Rhino on the doors

Prep work is the key. I did this both on my s10 and my Blazer. My Blazer I did VERY careful prep work and it's holding up great. My s10 I just scuffed the surface and slapped it on.
Heres how your prep should look.

Re: Rhino on the doors

derek, you can bet i'll throw up some pictures. i don't know when i'll have it done but when i do i'll put the pics up.

lee-mill-i got the kit too. got it at walmart for 50 bucks and then i bought a can of the spray too, just in case. but the kit comes with a gallon of liner, a brush, a roller, a pan, and a scouring pad. all you need...except tape, haha.
