yep i hit 120 in my 2.8 clocked it with my moms car

Dude, you are not gonna go that fast in a S-10 with a 2.8. It just aint gonna happen without ALOT of mods. Ive owned 3 Blazers with 2.8's and they struggled to hit 85. I had a 91 Cavalier with the 3.1, bored .030 over, cam, chipped, no cat, a fart cannon, and a CAI And it took a while to get that to 120mph. And that car would blow a s-10 with a 2.8 doors off. Shit, even a 4.3 wouldnt have had a chance.

like i said clocked with my moms car right next to me 120 in at the top of 4th about to go into 5th gear.. hit 5th and hit the breaks.. my truck use to be GUTTED to the MAX when i did all that with a 6 inch drop.. it had 1 seat and a stering wheel no bed nothing not even a bumper my tag and taillighter where ziptied . screwd to the frame
