Re: is this worth it?

Good grief, that's awesome. Defiantly could be fun. The tires are way too big to be used on the street, i doubt they are DOT approved. If you got DOT approved tires and repaired the windows it could be driven on the street

I think you should take my Blazer into consideration

Re: is this worth it?

i'd say it's probably worth it. you'd spend at least 2200 alone in in a stout sas build. if you have a way to trailer it to the trail or a lot of your own land to play on then it's a great deal on a trail-only rig

Re: is this worth it?

Id buy it,i think its well worth it. From the pics the roll over damage dont look to bad. I had a 95 just like it, same color to, that my wife rolled and the damage was way worse than that. I was able to jack up the roof enough to get a windshield in and drove it for 2 more years. Put glass in it and drive the bitch.

Re: is this worth it?

I'd definitely find out more about the engine and see/find out who and how good the fabricator was. Having to go back and fix someone else's work can be a bigger pain than just doing it yourself...

Re: is this worth it?

it would be a trail only rig. I'd haul it with my F350, I'd just have to buy/borrow a trailer. the tires are street legal but they stick out too far on the sides. If i do get it I might swap those tires over to my F350 and put the 40's on the blazer. Now I just have to convince myself to sell my bike. I might see if my neigbor wants to go check it out with me on sunday so I can see if its a clean conversion or a hack job.

Re: is this worth it?

looks like its worth it to me, especially since it would basically be a toy, and not something you would try to fix so you could drive it everyday. i say go for it

What? will become famous soon enough
Re: is this worth it?

depends, seems like doesn't want it after the roll over, would give me suspicion for any possible repair/problem espcially engine running during a rollover and how long during upside down and whatnot

also is this streetbike a daily or a toy as well?

you also need to take in consideration of how much more gas, it aint exactly light guzzle like your bike lol
