swapped 4l60e, now vibrations

my original tranny blew. so i bought one off craigslist, the guy said it was remanufactured. it had a painted black torque converter, so i guess he could be correct. i put the newly used one in no problems. then when shifting into a lower gear and the rpms drop down the truck has a vibe. the vibe got so bad i think it loosened up the torque converter bolts. i tightened the bolts really good one more time and it did the same thing. what am i doing wrong? any help would be appreciated!

Pinion bearing? mine developed a vibration and thats what the problem was.

So switching out the tranny.. was that pretty straight forward? my 4th gear is slipping so i need to put in another and dont want to pay the 1700 for them to pull and rebuild when i can get a rebuilt for 600 with warranty. How long did it take?
