Had one cardan joint fixed, is my other one bad now too?

I pulled the shaft and took it in to have the rear cardan joint fixed at a shop. I know both had like never been greased but only one seemed bad. So i had one fixed. Now 4 days later i have a rapid clunk underneath me unless i hit the brake. If i hit the brake the sound goes away. Once i release the brake it continues again.

Do you guys think my other cardan now needs replaced?
