Grinding when in gear and releasing clutch

I have a 93 2.8L 5 speed. Here's what's going on. I had my clutch replaced about 4 or 5 months ago. A month after the change, I started getting a squeaking noise from the tranny. The squeaking would go away when I would press the clutch pedal in. I was thinking it was the pilot bearing that was sqeaking.

So now about 2 weeks ago, I was getting a grinding when I would put it in 1st gear and reverse. The grinding would happen going in gear and also after it was in gear. I also noticed that it would shudder when I would release the clutch. The grinding would also come back coming off the clutch in first gear.

So I replaced the master cylinder, slave cylinder, and the hydraulic lines. The grinding is still there.

It shifts great in all other gears. I just have the problems in first and reverse.

I have come up with two different scenario that I think could be going on
1. The pilot bearing has worn down(squeaking) and now the input shaft is at an angle and causing the grinding.
2. The synchros are worn down in the tranny.

Can someone please help. I need to get this resolved as soon as I can.
