Driveline Vibration with angled blocks
I have an 89 ext cab which I just lowered 4/4. Spindles and spring up front and blocks in rear. The blocks were angled blocks and installed correctly however I am still getting a bad vibration. I am thinking I need a shim on top of the angled block to straighten it out more. Any thoughts? And where can I get shims for a 1st gen?

Re: Driveline Vibration with angled blocks
Or what about this kit that uses square steel stock as risers for the trans mount and driveshift mount to put the driveshaft more in line?

Re: Driveline Vibration with angled blocks
yep tranny spacer and another shim on top of the block to tilt the rearend down towards the front more. Ohh and also make sure the driveshaft is not bottomed out in the tranny.
