dont see why your confused, looks like we just said the same thing. because a model is a subject....could be made out of macaroni...but its still a model

I guess just the way you wrote what youwrote in the other post I didnt understand what you were saying. But either way, wasnt meaning any negativity towards your post....I may be the only one confused, lol.

And vince921, I'm thinking the same (other than chassis) But the bigger scale and metal body would be a good item to "tweak"

Re: The 2009 Suicidedoors.com & Airlift Company Super Duper Contest Give Away!!

Bigger scale models arent neccessarily going to be a better advantage or anything. The main reason I'm doing the bigger metal body is because the detail (even if you dont go super crazy) would show much better and cleaner. This still doesnt mean it'll be the most creative (or creative at allfor that matter) Plus, if for some reason I dont get it finished or sent in time, I'll just keep it and go off on it for myself.

For those who may not be very skilled at models (not saying I'm that great either) just remember, for custom stuff, plastic is so mch easier totrim/modify on these small scale rides.

I'll prolly be attempting 1 of each, the bigger scale metal, and the basic scale plastic kit.

I already knew about the hydros, lowriders are the main models I used to do. I meant literally miniature bags. Would be sweet if someone made those.

You're allowed to build whatever you want. They said it can even be a plabe, boat, whatever, but staying within the automotive range will prolly get you better results. So yea, the hot rods will do just fine.
