Enough with the notch, that was 2-days long.

NOW we are onto the frame reinforcements. This step will take the next 7-days... or so!

Re: Project S-10 Air Dancer "Build Up Part 3"

This truck has to be done in 5-weeks for the SEMA show in Las Vegas, NV.

This truck will be way different than any of them I have built before. It’s going to be completely FILLED with air tanks, 15 8-Gallon Air Tanks, Air Lift "Special" valves, #8 Hydraulic style hoses and fittings. It will be very, very strong this time. I am going to spend as much time as possible making it strong. Suicidedoors.com is back on board with the project this year. It will be sporting a set of the new tie rods from Barely Legal Fabrication; it will also have the new Power Performance balljoints that are getting ready to be released.

I am stoked about this one boys!

Have you opened a magazine lately? Yes they are still a sponsor. Not using tons of stuff but they have always been good to me regardless what people say about them. They are a huge supporter of what I do.

Re: Project S-10 Air Dancer "Build Up Part 3"

Hi Guys! Its 1:33am right now. I just finished up working tonight. I was able to make some pretty good headway this evening. I have been working on welding ALL the seams on the stock frame. This is a must before I start with the frame wrap process. I will be doing a very details frame wrap for those of you that have you "wheels" turning on maybe doing some boxing on your frames. I also was able to fill about 30 holes on the frame tonight as well. Once I grind them with a (Flapper Wheel, 60-Grit) they are gone, like they were not there before. See pictures below. Thats about it for this evening.

There is some photos for the link bars, I am working with a little different design than last year. Suicide Doors did an awesome job on them.
