Re: Project: lawn gnome
welll anyways, this weekend was a long process of nothing, went to get a new rear end from the junkyard because the one on it is posi track rear, and the one i got was fvcked up, well i took both apart (i dont know shit about rearends) and took parts from each and made one that does what shes supposed to do.
that took just about all of saturday. so pretty much the only progress we made was getting the gas tank xmember off and the new one in, got the bump stop brackets cut off, got the pieces on the rear end burnt off and ground smooth. for a whole weekend of work, i feel pretty dissapointed at the little bit we actually accomplished o and we cut out some tabs for the link bars wooooooooooooooohoooooooooooooooooo!!!!1!!!!11111! !!! |

Re: Project: lawn gnome
looks like your running stock spindles and still have a good amount of shims on the upper arms... that might be why you have so much negative camber.
Im runnin his new upper arms as well as his older ones... both are the shorther styles. |

Re: Project: lawn gnome
thanks guys, i have to move the lower bar mounts back towards the axle some because when i set the pinion angle i was stupid and had the front down and the back on jackstands, so now the driveshaft is gonna hit the gastank xmember, but its an easy fix, so ill get that done and then start putting the bag mounts and shit in the rear and mount the air tank and valves and all that shit
