Re: Project -Beat 2 Death- 2ooo sonoma bagged stock floor bodydropped on 22s

i think hes just good at makin 4 links.

look at the link bars, they are really long compared to say, an SD 3link, and wouldn't it be the longer the bars are, the more articulation you'd get before it binds? i mean, i've seen some decent sides from an SD 3link with just polly bushings. So, with the really long bars, i think youd get some mad articulation from that.

i dunno, i may be way off the mark with that explanation, but i still stand by the fact that he knows what hes doing, and its good fockin work.

if you read what i wrote in post 489 i said the four link IS set up properly. Thats not was i am arguing. The pictures taking with all the articulation the jam nut are loose. Besides SD three links come with a super pivot on the front of all their wishbones!

oh i know, i wasn't saying you were wrong or arguing or anyting, i was just trying to give a possible explanation for how it got such good articulation. and not all SD 3 links have super piviots at the front of the wishbones. some of the older ones are polly all around, i was just using it as an example. i dunno, like i said, my explanation could have been way off...

straight poly bushings.

now this is just a simple basic 4 link with bags on the bars.

and this is not max articulation at all.

i just lifted the 1 wheel up by hand and slid a jackstand under it.
That's insane!!! I cant's wait to see it when its done.
