Re: 5 link question
do you currently have a 3link from them? you can make them whatever you want to. i'm redoing my sd 3 into a 5 currently in my thread and i made them 28.5" center to center. all depends where they are mounted in the rear of the frame. but anywhere around that length is fine

Re: 5 link question
i believe they are 27.5 if you are planing on dragging the truck a lot i would raise the rear mounting point so you don't drag through the brackets. i believe the lrd 6 link has the bars like im talking about.
quick google search look at the 5th pic over http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q...NsXViALDm8mtAw |

Re: 5 link question
![]() ![]() I'm working on my rear too.. I have a 2002 S10. I ordered my 3 link from suicidedooors two weeks ago. I also got the bushings for the rear arms. I'll be using 2" square tubing with 1/4" or 3/16" wall for the bars and for the crossmembers for the bags and bar mounts. My bars will be 26" long. I'm planning on raising the bed 6". I'm running the ss8... still working on the location for the shocks and how I'm running the air lines and all the electrical stuff. Last edited by ADAN BANUELOS; 05-03-2012 at 12:51 AM.
