Re: 17 and 20s

I would just run 17s, Thats a good amount of size difference for a combo IMO

Re: 17 and 20s

Stick with the 17's but with a staggered set up. I think a wider wheel looks better on the back jmo.

17/20 would look horrible imo. And i agree with the 18/20 thing too. looks out of place.

Re: 17 and 20s

always wanted to do a wire wheel on my truck. 13x7 in the front then a 26x10 out back!!!

Def stick with the 17 tho, thats way too much of a diff in size, you'll get made fun of all the time

It will already have sd a arms and slam bags for the front, haven't decided on how I want to do the rear! I ve bagged prob 30 trucks , camaros, novas, impalas, ect! Just don't feel like spending 40+ hours on inner fenders for a work truck! I can't deal with the back trailer fenders that everyone seems to run!"no offence" everybody has different tastes!

Re: 17 and 20s

Bag the back with a mini notch so the bed doesn't have to be cut and stick with the 17s.

Re: 17 and 20s

I would keep them 17z all around that is just too much of a rim difference, get a nice set of staggered 17z

Re: 17 and 20s

I'm working on a daily 02.. I've tried to figure out what's worth doing for a dependable truck that will get a lot of use. I didn't want to work on the front either but I want to lay out flat on the ground so I know I need to. I was originally planning on 18-20 but since I need to modify the front, I might as well run 20s all around.

My opinion is if you don't wanna do the work, then go with a good set of 18" wheels and live with the front not laying out. At least your truck will look good at ride height and with the back aired out.

Re: 17 and 20s

I personally ran 18/20 and loved the look. I think a 17/19 combo would work well or just do 17s all around.

The smaller you go the less issues you'll have withrubbingif you don't want go cut.I'm rocking 14" wheels lol... No rubbing no loss of turning radius and lays out on my cross member lol
