5/6 on 14s for winter...

20s for summer

now has 5% tint, new grille, new lights, 2x 10s with 1kw amp, etc. in process of fitting 1x 12m3mojo inbetween 2 miata seats and switching to black interior, awaiting v8 swap, thinking about xtreme kit.

do you guys have any problems with your y-pipes hitting or anything with a 3" or 4" drop in te front? im thinking about doing a 3.5/3 on my 91 and worried about my y-pipe cause i dont have money to fix that yet.

well i have a 4 cylinder so i dont have a y pipe but my exhaust does drag once in a while.

no y pipe, but my downpipe/flexpipe has a visible flat spot, no holes yet tho

mine also is flat on the bottom side haha but it is leaking there now so it sounds real good. haha i have been thinking about using a piece of flex pipe and running it tighter to the trans for more clearance.

pic of when i bought it (same day) Stock.....yeah its pretty bad.

2/4 drop, spindles up front, pulled a leaf (pulling a leaf actually gave me 1") + 3" blocks
i was planning on a 3/4 but somehow my 1" belltech springs gave me a 2" drop

. I like the 1" rake my truck has, it gives it character

hahaha.... anyways, i took them out and sent them back TWICE! just in case they might be defective (got my money back). the reason i took out the belltech coils was because

huge ass dips in the roads = major tire rub, no money for new tires (tires were 5% worn why replace?)
carrier bearing was 3" or so off the ground
lots of steep driveways (mostly at gas stations)
dropped me 2" instead of 1" (called belltech about it too)

yes #2 can be fixed with the bolt on SD carrier bearing but i didn't feel like messing with pinion angle again.

also i was starting to think about why the lowered me 2", as in the spring rate being possibly messed up or something. anyone have an idea??

im still happy with the 2/4 drop, i wouldn't mind having that 3/4 but sadly road conditions are limiting me on how low i can go, or else i would do a 5/6.

right now im VERY familiar with the drop coil installation process

but i can still go lower anytime i want to.....i just dont feel like it

, and as stated above, 2/4 is different and i like it!

this ones not goin to make since but. 2.4 4 cyl eibach springs and 3 inch belltech leafs and 2 inchs blocks. tires are 205/65r15 somehow its leval im guessing the front is around 3.5 inch drop
