I just noticed why I got them so cheap. It says he has 0.0% feedback. He hasn't sold/bought anything in over a year and that has put him at 0%, I knew that the % drop you get with a negative goes away after one year, but had no idea that Ebay does this. I saw it said 0.0% earlier, but just thought my internet was messed up or something. He's got 100% pos. though.
