LCA question

yes i did search the how to for this thread... i have a 03 s10 for some reason i cannot get the LCA to come out of its mounts, all the bolts are out of it i have the shock removed do i have to pry it down or is there a step i missed?

My lower arms pretty much fell out when I took the bolts out. Just pry them out there is nothing to hurt. It'll come out, to aid in installing wack the frame brackets where it goes in a couple times with a hammer to open it up a bit.

recap of the how too.
1. take the top bolt off the shock.
2. take bottom shock bolts out.
3. remove shock.
4. remove front lca arm bolt
5. remove back lca arm bolt
6. Lca should lower down...

i tried prying on my to lower i put a cheat bar in there and litterally jumped up and down on it and nothing...
