Is this everything i ned to lower my truck 5/6, if it is can i just run the BEL-7028 shocks all the way around or not?

I'm not that familiar w/ Belltech part #'s, but ofcourse you'll need 3" coils.

Go with everything you have there cept you'll need to get:
2" blocks, shims, either 1/2" block, or setback plates depending on what kind of S-10 you have.
Get these from http://www.jagsthatrun.com

I'd go with Nitro 2 shocks, you'll need to get some for a 3" drop.
