2/3 drop - What size rims?
Okay, I'm about to do the 2/3 drop on my 01 extended, what size (more importantly, what width) can I get away with. I would like to get 17's or 18's - nothing bigger because potholes around here eat rims for breakfast.
Any suggestions? Or even better, Pictures!?!? |

17 x 8 or 18 x 8 ...... both of these should work out fine. I believe the backspacing for an 8" wide rim would need to be 4.5 inches.

I have a 2/3 with 20s (8" width) and I ride fine. So you should be fine with any 18s you can fine
