Summer 2008 Meet thread

ok, guess I'll suck it up and be the one to start this thread...it was inevidible, so now if anything goes wrong you all can blame me

Since there seems to be confusion with an old revived thread; there is NO currently planned meet. However, there seems to be some interest in having one over the summer....which I think would be a good idea, even if it is show season there is a number of us who have just driver trucks and who don't attend many shows...so this would be a good opportunity for us to get out over the summer.
As far as details goes thats where I am lost.....Someone suggested having it saturday night to accomadte those who work late, personally I think thats a pretty good suggestion....Otherwise I guess the best way to decide a date would be to throw up some suggestions and then we'll do a poll like last time.

Location; Anywhere but 403 and dundas(too many cops, mto, mte, douche bags, etc.). Maybe somewhere out towards Hamilton, Burlington, or even Guelph might be good as it seems alot of s10forum-ers come from out that way to the mississauga meets we've had.

Anyway, I've done my thing...What works best for everyone else??

Brockville car & truck show? It's mid-way between Ottawa and Toronto, and they push 600 vehicles easy. And because it's classes, we'd all be parked together so even if your truck is stock, you wouldn't feel left out. I'd like to meet you guys, but going to TO for a night is one long ass drive.

kind of in the middle of southern ontario about 1/2 hr from Hamilton, 45 from TO, between Toronto and London.

hour and a half to 2 hrs from Niagara
