it's all smart cars in BC - a subsistence crop of pot will fit in the back of a car, only the heavy hitters need a truck!!

Re: edmonton and area riders

save your money. go with an ls1 or ls6 instead. the swap is a tiny bit simpler, cheaper, and you wont be giving up any power or saving any weight

its not about what max numbers the engines put out. its about the internals and how easily the engine can be intergrated into your truck

i built my engine from scratch

Re: edmonton and area riders

once you get 350+ hp in your truck those extra 50 HP aren't going to mean as much as they would if you were only making 180 hp to start with.

Re: edmonton and area riders

just in case anyone is interested All West Auto Parts 4415 76th Ave has two xtremes in, a white and black one. the white one only has 4500 kms on it according to the tech I was with! I just got the steering box (mine's pissing fluid), and front bilsteins from the white one and a rear swaybar assembly from the black one. not many body parts left but there's lots of other goodies still there.

oh and I finally ditched the chrome on my grill too - its all black now.
