i wanted to ride like that a while ago and opp told me that it was unsafe cuz the lights wouldnt be seen and the bumper would do sh!t if some rearended me. in the event of a collision, the car would just ride over the frame into the cab. i would just check the ontario HTA and see what it says.

if ur gonna take it to a shop to get bagged, do your research and make sure they arent gonna hack up your ride, and get an alignment after

Re: Canadian Rides (PICS)

No, I have no plans of taking it to a shop. I don't like other people touching my truck so i'm thinking of doing it myself. I'm considering getting the sd 5link balk half and doing upper and lower control arms in the front with my existing drop spindles. I want to lay frame so I've been doing some research lately to see what I need to do for that. Got any pictures of your valve setup?

By the way the bike is a 03 r6 and its actually my buddies, we put it on the back of my truck to see how much the truck would drop with the 20's on.

i was gonna suggest making sure you do adequate research before getting it done at a shop as well like geoff said, but since you wanna do it yourself if you have questions id check out the "baggin it" section, or look in the member projects, im sure youll be able to find out everything you need to know there, and if you have any pictures requests or questions people will definitely be able to help ya out. theres alot of helpful people on here so may as well take advantage. if you got the space, the knowledge and the equipment, the cost will definitely be lower and you can have the satisfaction of seeing the finished product you have worked on.
