I'm glad the wife and I are done having children, our youngest is 16,... I love them to death, but It's getting rather tough and expensive these days, to bring children into such a messed up world. And it's really going to be tough to explain to your kids they are way in debt before they even get started.
Ya, driving just seems so much... slower now. But such is life I suppose.

Re: Wynjammer superchargers?

I looked into the Jammer when I did my build. I deffinately liked it, and I love the way they sound. I just dont like the added stress on the crank, and just generally dont like the idea of a parasidic draw on my engine

Re: Wynjammer superchargers?

The injectors are installed as of right now. I have my PCM back in and the truck pulls WAY harder up top than anything. I'm still gonna go back to Decatur, AL to Young's Performance to get it re-dynotuned for more power. In other words the injector swap is worth the money if you want a little more for your boosted/N2O vehicle. I highly recommend the swap.

That pic you posted is of the newer mpfi spider. I thought the modified ones were the poppet nozzle type?

That's because in that pic the new injectors weren't installed yet or at my door. The truck was down for about a week in the gargage. I went ahead and pulled the upper intake off to get ready to install the injectors when they came in. I as well replaced the gasket while I had it off.

I would think so man. I'm gonna go take mine to get dynoed and se where i'm at now. I think you are gonna like it. It's definitely a noticeable gain. Pulls so much harder up top than before.

Oh ok. That's what I figured. I'm really glad to see guys getting this spider and being happy with it. I need one. But there's quite a few things I still have to take care of first.

I really love it. It was worth the 450 price tag. It claims 40 more hp but soon i'll see what i gained from it. The truck needs another dyno tune badly. I wonder what i can push with these injectors on the dyno? I hope you get one soon i know you'll be pleased like myself.

Yeah me too man. No one around my town has a blown S-10 like mine. Everyone here is Mustangs/Tuners. Mustang guys are always curious but the tuner guys just wave and go on by. it would be nice to have another truck similar in my town. i have a buddy with a 2000 reg cab Silverado 5.3 with some bolts ons. he's putting a Powerdyne unit on his truck. i think I may be in trouble.

Al got that number from what it gave J.R. He's the owner of one of the trucks on the Jammer site. He is running 6psi has a 270 cam and is bored 30 over. There might be more, not sure.

I'm interested to see what the bigger injectors would do on just a stock 4.3 with 6psi. I'm sure there will be gains because timing will be able to be added but I bet it aint 40hp.

Haha! It's funny you say that. It seems everyone thinks I'm turbocharged as well. I don't care what they think as long as I intiminate them. I think my next mod will be a efi 50-75 shot. 98 SS is the inspiration to this. I want the 2114 intake but the N2O is more hp for $. Although I could build later with the 2114 and a water/meth injection.

i had thought about a 35 shot to cool the intake charge. how far do you think you'll take it?

I'm pretty crazy with it so I'll probably do a 50 shot first then I'll go with the 75 jet. I think it would be awesome to pull up at a light beside another car and purge a 20 ft line of nitrous up into the air and rev with the infamous whistle. lol

Oh and thanks 98 SS! My truck still doesn't compare to your mean ass 4.3 though. My tag may say it but I wouldn't temp you at a light. lol How's the soccer mom vehicle coming along? lol
