i would like to know if this is a good kit for a v8 s10 price 700.oo

CHEVY SB 283-400 CAMARO FIREBIRD TWIN GT3076S TURBO KIT

FITS:

82-92 S.B CAMARO, 82-92 S.B FIREBIRDS, 82-92 S.B TRANS-AM

and

All Chevrolet V8 Small Block Engine

All S.B 283, 305, 327, 350, and 400

Auction includes:

(2) GT3076S Turbo (450Hp capability per turbo)

(1) GT Spec XL FMIC intercooler (23x12x3 Inch 3 Inch Inlet & Outlet)

sounds like an ebay add, link? pics? quality of the headers determine alot. are they genuine garret turbos? the price indicates cheap chinese parts but i dont want to jump to conclusions

You'll have probably another $700 into a fuel system for the setup . Then you'll have to worry about the turbos breaking and sending shards of impeller into the engine, the headers cracking, and several other of the various problems with SSAutoretards.
