Question Whats this called?

http://img3.imageshack.us/img3/4035/blazermd.jpg
Description of picture:
The two words in red say "this thing" and an arrow pointing to the leak.
Im leaking oil from "this thing" where it mates to the block. Its located on the left/drivers side of the vehicle, besides the oil pan. The two lines go to the oil cooler, you can only see one. The oily shaft/u-joint closer to the camera comes from the transfer case.
What is "this thing" called, and whats the proper term for its gasket?
Is removing the two bolts going to be enough to lower it and replace the gasket without removing the lines? Im planning on doing this when I change the oil soon. But I need to know whats it called so I can get the correct replacement part.

Re: Whats this called?

oil cooler line mounting block, you really should clean this all up thoroughly first because the line are a very common source of leaking on these trucks.

Re: Whats this called?

Thanks for the reply. Im going to spray it down with brake cleaner and see where the true source of the leak comes from. I was just reading the sticky "replace your leaking oil cooler lines".
