Starting Problems... Need help!

Alright, first time posting so here goes. I am having problems starting my 01 S10 with the 4.3 in it. I recently changed the starter about five months ago and it fixed the problem. Now I am encountering a new problem. When I go to start the truck, I turn the key to crank and the engine turns but will not start. I stop and turn the key to crank again and it starts right up. It has good fuel pressure and I changed the fuel filter about two weeks ago thinking that would have been the problem. No luck though. Has anyone had this problem?
