RPM 1800 at 60mph on crusise control

I have a ? when im on the highway and im on cruice control i usualy stay stedy at 60mph at 1800 rpm and if i go up to 70 its around 2200 is that a good steady rpm or should it be lower or higher ?

gear ratio, tire size, trans type, drive type

just want to make sure that its good as in my tranny is good and keeping up with the rest of the jimmy to make sure it isnt reving to high or somthing like that

98 blaz 1700 at 60, 2000 at 70, 3.42 gears and a little doggy, but oh well not going to put 3.73's in er.

my 96 4x4 5 spd turned 2k at 60mph with 342s and 235-75-15.od sucks in the stick shifts
