O2 Sensor Bank 2 Sensor 1 NOOB

OK so I just ordered the O2 Sensor for Bank 2 Sensor 1 on a 2003 4.3 S10. Ive been reading thru the forum but I dont see any where that there is instructions to this replacement. Im not sure the exact placement on the car since the only things ive done in the past is change the oil myself. I think its on the drivers side the second one? correct? I want to learn the ins and outs to my own car so this is the first mission im on. Im gonna attempt to repace this over the weekend. Is it a pretty easy fix? Any help would be great. Sorry for being such a noob..........

Re: O2 Sensor Bank 2 Sensor 1 NOOB

bank 2 sensor 1 is on the passenger side exhaust pipe between the motor and the catalytic converter. bank 1=drivers side, bank 2 = passenger side, sensor 1= before the catalytic converter, sensor 2= after the catalytic convertor. its a really simple job to replace you just disconnect the battery, locate the one you need to replace, then unplug it unscrew it, screw the new one in and plug it in. reconnect the battery and your ready to roll.
