4.3L Vortec Swap oil filter line leak

Ok so I bought my 84 4x4 s-10 Durango complete with a 4.3 swap. The car did not run and the guy I bought it from paid to have most of the work done and he had reciepts. I got the car running and it runs great, however I noticed oil dripping from the oil filter relocation kit. I don't know where to buy new lines or a new kit. I think it is a pretty normal thing to do when conducting the swap to move the oil filter to a more readily accessible location. Any suggestions as to where to buy a new oil line. The guy i bought it from put J/B weld on the lines to stop the leaks, not how I would have fixed it.
