If your O2 sensor is not working your truck will run rich. Are you seeing a SES light in your dash?

It's an OBD1 vehicle...it very well could be the O2 sensor and the SES light never come on....very easy to trick

next question...how did you go about checking those other sensors

My vote is O2 sensor. I changed mine when i got my truck and it was one of the most noticable improvements i made to the truck.

Re: truck running wayyyy rich

pop the air filter and look at what the TBI's are doing: spray or pouring?

does your 'diagnostic machine' give any engine codes?

I just call mine a 'paper clip' ..
