seriously, Im not sure. I know it really isnt all that much. I was able to lift it by myself (without any of the extras on it)

From The Chevrolet Power Catalog, 6th Edition, 1988:

I would guess-timate the cast iron heads would weigh in about 50 pounds (for the pair) more than the aluminum heads.

i would say cast heads on them way about 30 pounds each there not that heavy just akward cuz u dont wanna grab them where u gonna put them down i know i slid one across a sement floor one day had everything on it but the intake id say about 250-300 pounds with no fluids
