hey guys new here but have alot to share
whats up guys my friend over at thirdgen.org pointed me to this site (350x is his user name here)
as i build some custom turbo kits, and do various fab work and speed work on the 60* v6 series of engines i was curious if i could sell stuff here or if i had to be a site sponser or whatnot, didnt want to break any rules but anyways my personal ride is a 1989 chevy camaro started life as 2.8v6 and now residing under the hood is a 3.1 with ton of custom parts and a custom turbo kit on the dyno the car put down 272 rwhp and 373rwtq @ 9 psi those numbers may not seem to good but i had ignition system problems and timming was locked to a total of 8* btdc not my best dyno printout but here is one of them ![]() and here are some pics of some of the stuff i build ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() and mocked up in the car ![]() |

Re: hey guys new here but have alot to share
yeah i allways wondered about doing something like thisconsidering my 2.8 gets rediculously awesome gas mileage and puttign a v8 would probably half it. how much cash would it take to do the bore+basic turbo system single turbo prefered
