doin a 3.4
i have a 88 blazer 2sr 2wd lowered a lil 5speed...i got the bad 2.8 out and i pulled a 3.4 out of a 95 camaro my friends lil brother wrecked. i got the 3.4 pretty much stripped. i found a pretty detailed explanation on how to do it...
http://members.shaw.ca/betterthanyou...ine%20swap.htm what im gettin at is id like some opinions from guys thats done the swap on what i should do and or dont do. like is using the camaro water pump a good idea even tho it turns in the opposite direction. any tips and pointers would be greatly appreciated |

no dont use the f body water pump, use all the accessories off the 2.8

The only issue I remember from doing it was the A/C compressor. If you don't have air, I don't think it will be a problem. By the way big differance in how the 2 motors run |

yea i was thinkin should use the 2.8 water pump and im not planning on using the air. i have the 2 motors both with all the accessories...what parts and gaskets am i going to have to buy to do the basic swap of parts? do you guys just use 4.3 injectors in the tbi?
