Blower Motor Resistor

Where exactly is the Blower Motor Resistor on a 92 S-10 2.8V6? It isn't in my Chilton repair manual and I don't have an FSM. Speaking of which does anyone have and FSM for this year truck in PDF form?

Please help, Thank you.

Re: Blower Motor Resistor

Well..it's definatelly NOT located on the engine...wrong section for this.

But it's located at the blower motor. Try 1 of the X Gen Forums or the Electrical Section. If your a 1st Gen'r - search for it in that forum - theirs even pictures.

Sorry I didn't know mine was a 1st generation, much less what a 1st/2nd generation was, and the only thing that remotely resembled my truck was the size of the engine section, hence I started this thread here. Please forgive me.

This is what you are looking for.

To avoid the wrath of some of the 'elders' take some time to explore the forum. There is a lot of good information on here.
