2.8 clutch fan help!!
ok i understand that the 2.8 is a weaker motor
, and i know this because i can feel the motor losing power when i turn the ac on . but i have read that the cluch fan restricts some power too. would switching to a flex fan without a clutch restrict more or help? would it cool as well?![]() |

Re: 2.8 clutch fan help!!
you can put it on if you want but you'll still feel the AC pull...nothing you can do to really get around that

Re: 2.8 clutch fan help!!
the thing with a flex is its gona spin all the time (take power) but with the cluch fan spins "freely" till its warm. so yes it will run coller but ui will losse power so to say

Re: 2.8 clutch fan help!!
well heres the thing. i got it half way on and realized that it would be spinning backwards. so no flex fan. unless i can find one with the blades the other way.
