Re: 2.8 camaro manifold?
I don't understand what you are trying to ask.
You wanna get rid of the TBI but trying to go to a carb? If so the older s-10s had carbs on them so just use those parts. Or are you trying to go to the FI off a newer camaro. If so don't waste your time cause its not really any better than the TBI on there now. |

Re: 2.8 camaro manifold?
I have that setup in my s10. You'll have to keep your existing wiring harness and splice in all the connectors from the camaro's harness to make it work.

Re: 2.8 camaro manifold?
Did ya buy anything yet?
I got and upper n lower that I don't need, they have been cleaned up to a semi show condition. Mold casting marks have been filed down and powdercoated mirror black. [Color could be changed. Spray can of aircraft remover from AZ] Its also the one without the 2.8 center badge, which most want, cleaner look. Just ribbed. Id get a 7730 over a 7302 ECM for the swap. google search "7302 to 7730 ECM" |

Re: 2.8 camaro manifold?
dose this mod really do much? i mean i realise that if you make a motor draw more air you can make more power but is it worth it?
it converts to mass air correct? would i have trouble smoging with this set up? do i need a seperate vacume pump? |
