yet another po171 code

short rundown of my problem. 2002 s10 2.2l 5speed. Flex pipe on my midpipe broke last week on the way to work. Replaced the midpipe the next day when the part came in. Did drive the truck to and from work. installed new midpipe and truck ran great. About 15min worth of driving and truck dropped #4 cyl. Though it might be something strange with o2 sensors so i unhooked the battery to reset the computer. no change. Truck was pouring unburned fuel from the exhuast and spark looked good, #4 cyl was flooded with gas and plug was wet, so though i had a stuck fuel injector, changed the #4 injector and replaced plug. No change. Borrowed a ecu from a buddies 97 s10 just for shits and giggles, truck ran exactly the same way. Now truck is throwing a p0171 code. seen alot of posts about this topic but nobody seems to post a final solution. So hopefully some of you guys that have had a similar problem can put your two cents in. Also the fuel pump is new and am getting 60psi of fuel pressure at the injector rail. HELP!!!!
