vacuum line info on 99 s10 - S-10 Forum

vacuum line info on 99 s10

need some help, in the left corner of firewall area is a vac tee[also is a checkvalve]. one from t/b second to a bundle down by fender,third is 5'' long ????? can't find the connection.was working in that corner moved that checkvalve around out of my way,went to start little to no vac.found the line goes nowhere i can see.any ideas.


99 ext cab auto, 7psi mitsu 14b turbo,ported and coated 2 1/2'' exhaust to turbo muffler,fake cat,underdrive pulley,efan,2.3 t/b,42lb racetronix inj,4.3 fuelpump,aem wideband,pyrometer,f/press guage,.lowered rear 2'',hhr seat , counsole,and finished fabbed cowl hood.

There is a little connection on the fender between the thing for the breaks and the fuse box (from memory). I really couldn't see mine until I removed the "thing" for the breaks but if you fell around you should be able to feel it. I can take a pic if you need (it was a pain to find). Mine is a '99 Sonoma

There is a vacuum storage tank in between the fender and the inner fender bolted in.

thanks guys i found it just before i read your replys and i couldn't belive that was it cuz it felt like a bolt sticking out so i put the hose on it and we got vacuum.glad i checked thread. thanks again
