Passenger side headlight is dim

I just bought my 2000 S10 Xtreme and drove it for the first time at night last night and thought that my passenger side headlight was out so I immediately stopped at the store spent the $50 for some good headlights..

Installed them today and the drivers side is bright as can be, but other side is still very dim..

What could be causing this? Not enough power?

[Pic will be added asap]

Answer is there for anyone else with this problem.
Was simply a blown fuse, but I also need to unbolt the ground and clean it out as its rusty and it was probably that which blew the fuse.
