p0200 T/ code on my 99's10?

im gettin this p0200 trouble code on my truck, runs like crap. replaced everything you can think. i am hearing a lot of talk about replacing the ecm. any way checkin it to be sure. left my multi meter in the rain the other day, and i cant find a noid light anywhere in town. can i make my own noid light out of some spade terminals and a dome light or can i go pick up a cheap dmm and check for voltage at the injector's harness. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: p0200 T/ code on my 99's10?

I was having problems with my #4 injector. I was looking at the wiring harness on the fuel rail, and one of the wires that connected to the injector looked a little off. I carefully trimmed the wire away with an exactoknife, and found that wire inside had separated. I resoldered it, wrapped it up with electric tape, and it works fine now.
