98+ water outlet problems

I cannot find one in stock anywhere! I cant remember who makes it but I checked today and its no one has it on the net either. Every junk yard here doesnt have it. My problem is, the heater core line that plugs into it is leaking. its pissing me off.

Re: 98+ water outlet problems

Not to dissuade a sale, can you remove the tube and clean up the hole, then tap the hole and screw in a pipe with a bayonet fitting on it? I always look for a way to DIY.

Re: 98+ water outlet problems

Hey just thought id say i had the same problem, couldn't find the part. I fixed it with a good high temp 2 part epoxy, pulled the copper hose out of the aluminum water neck clean it and glued pressed back together. 20,000 miles later still holds like a dream
